Lueders was born in Jacksonville, FL, in 1927.

He attended school at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.

He exhibited at the National Academy of Design, National Arts Club, and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, to name a few.

The artist died in 1995.
