This world-famous Austrian etcher and painter was born in the little town of Pettau in 1881.
He was educated in Vienna, where he developed his unique technique of the colored etching that made him famous all over the globe. Kasimir's works depict many architecturally important structures of the world, including buildings, avenues, bridges as well as mountain and village scenes.
His etchings have been popular in this country for more than fifty years, ever since he came over to do a series of etchings of famous sights, from New York to California.
His work is shown in museums and galleries throughout the world.
